  • The product falls under the slab of 12%.

Calculation: 20,000- [(12/100) X 20,000], which equals up to Rs. 17,600 (20,000 – 2400)

Here, the total amount your buyer pays against your product is Rs. 20,000, where the actual retail price is Rs. 17,600 and the payable GST amount is Rs. 2400.
