According to Greek authorities, 12 crew members at their Maltese-flagged cruise ship tested positive and created a coronavirus outbreak. They carried more than 1,500 people to the Greek island on tour. The entire group of people has now been isolated.

The ship was Mein Schiff 6 and operated by the TUI Cruises. The trip started from Heraklion, which is a southern island of Crete. The ship had 922 passengers and more than 666 crew members. There were sample tests done on 150 crew members, and out of them, 12 turned positive. All of them were asymptomatic as well. The passenger went through tests before boarding the ship.
