  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • salt equal to a quarter of a teaspoon
  • half a cup of pure maple syrup
  • A quarter of a cup of honey
  • In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil (1/4 cup).
  • Extract Vanilla, 1 Tablespoon
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered chia seeds
  • Dried cranberries, one cup

Instructions

  • Turn the oven temperature up to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine the oats and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Toast for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring once every 5 minutes.
  • Mix cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Combine the ingredients by whisking them together. Combine the wet ingredients and pour them over the oats, then mix thoroughly.
  • The oats are prepared by sprinkling flax seed over them and then adding the maple syrup mixture to the pan, stirring gently until the oats are completely incorporated. Distribute the batter evenly across the baking sheet. Please turn off the stove.
  • Turn the oven off but leave it on low for the final 25-30 minutes to ensure the granola is nice and crisp.
  • Take the granola out of the oven and toss it with some dried fruit.
  • Let the granola cool to room temperature on the baking sheet. Cut the granola up, so it’s easier to eat. Please put it in a sealed container and eat it later.
